We are an innovative boutique residential appraisal company established by an Appraisal Institute of Canada(AIC) designated professional residential appraiser with over 24 years experience appraising a variety of residential homes in the Greater Toronto Area and the National Capital Region Ottawa Area.

Our appraiser is Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Nova Scotia approved appraiser for residential mortgage purposes. Our appraisal reports are industry standards and complies to AIC standards and requirements.
